During the analysis of that section the software said "high risk statement." Ward said that means she is not telling the truth about what happened.

I hope he is in it to win it.

He very presence makes those whose lives have been immersed in politics take notice. He will force those sharing the stage into the reality of America, publically, and hopefully they, too, will learn something. Not only about what really CAN BE DONE but how extremely important clear direction and a positive attitude are.

Reagan knew this and delivered, President GW Bush had the character down but was a bit short on the delivery (but to this day I miss his heart for our nation and our precious military) and Mr. Cain has both.

If the press attempted to shut down Sarah for her down home way of making things clear, by her direct assault on depravity and strengh of vision, they had better look out for Mr. Cain, even the audiences are tuned to his leadership quality and are calling out the press on its shallow 'gotcha' crap

Ward said the technology is a scientific measure that law enforcement use as a tool to tell when someone is lying and that it has a 95 percent success rate.

After listening to Cain’s speech and analyzing it, Ward said there is no doubt, Cain is innocent.

“When he directly talks about the allegations against him there is no high risk,” said Ward. “It is low risk, which tells me he is being truthful in his conversations to the public.”

This software says Cain is innocent, with a 95% confidence level. The same software gives us a 95% probability that the accuser is lying.

Without plugging that into a statistical formula, I think that gives us WELL over a 99% probability that Cain is clean.

It certainly indicates Cain is innocent of these allegations.
