Joe was under the impression that they were horsing around in the shower. Joe told his boss as I would have told mine, and allowed the judicial system to take care of it. Probably never thought about it again until the Grand Jury summons.
McCreary is the guiltiest of them all and no mention of him. HE should have called 911 immediately and told Paterno the exact details of the RAPE.
