I think her comment about, “stimulus packages” would probably pass the smell test, if she’s not attributing it as a quote, it would just be dramatics.

It’s low, but not necessarily unethical.

Assuming it all turns out that Cain is innocent, she is also obligated to stop representing her client in this manner the moment Allred realizes it.

The Law Society does not take kindly to lawyers who, knowingly, pursued false claims.

I would find it most fun, if Mr. Wood could somehow bring a suit against Ms. Allred.
IMO Gloria Allred is nothing more than William Kuntsler in drag. She puts her self-aggrandizement ahead of the interests of her clinets, but in reality she's a crappy lawyer. If I were in court to so much as answer a parking ticket, she'd be the last person I'd want for representation even if she paid me. Does the spectacle Ms. Buy-a-lick is putting on constitute slander? Allred wouldn't put her clients at such risk, would she? Where's the Cal bar ASSociation on this?

Well, gee, what are we going to do?

The lowly, unethical, no holds barred dems are going to attack the biggest threat to their loss of power. Notice it seems to be the most conservative one around. Why would that be? Maybe it is because they do not want any R to get power - but especially they do not want a Tea Party conservative.

Why would that be? Because the whole Washington group - GOP and Democrat like their status quo, their perks, their life time salaries. And the tea party candidates are going to change Washington.

So, we either find the magic candidate that is untouchable by their slandering or we have to realize that we too fight for those that will change Washington.

I will not allow the media or the GOP to determine who I vote for.
