Oh yeah. We had a class back in the '90's to warn us. One "attempt" will land you in HR, if it's unwanted. Several (with other females) will land you in the unemployment line, even if you are the best at what you do, and it would take years to replace your experience.

Here's some fun with the "rules:" If you're a good-looking guy, you have a highly reduced chance of the above happening, because SH is defined as "unwanted." If she wants it because you're actually good-looking, you're in the clear. Also, it's assumed only men on women. A woman won't be touched by the business end of the rule, instead the complaining male will be targeted for retribution for screwing up the rule.
