Fact: In 1998 Sandusky was caught cleared of molesting a little boy in Joe's in Penn State's shower room.

Fact: In 2002 Sandusky was caught accused of raping doing something with a little boy in Joe's Penn State's shower room.

Paterno was told. Paterno gave it to the guy who was supposed to handle such accusations.

What did the university do? They gave Sandusky the keys to the shower room when he retired?

Sandusky was NEVER cleared in the 1998 investigation. The DA elected to not bring charges. The police were puzzled why not as they a open and shut case against him as he was on tape admitting to molesting a little boy in Joe's shower room.
