Paterno says he knew nothing about that incident and the grand jury believes him.
In all this discussion - nobody has mentioned the responsibility of the parents in all this.
What did they know? Were they suspicious of an older man providing gifts to their boys, taking them on trips, spending time with them? Where were they?
