Howdy everyone!!
Call off the search party, I’ve escaped!! Had a pretty good session today. They did some aggressive debriding of the wound, which isn’t fun but they say it has to be done, and they started some tests to see if I will be a good candidate for synthetic skin grafts. Will have another test next week, then we can decide on the grafts. If they work, this thing can be healed up in about three or four more visits. But they’ve got to ensure that I have enough blood flow to the foot first. My pulse is very weak down there. Here’s hoping.

Your very kind words humble me, ((((MountainDad)))) I find a lot of my happiness here among caring, awesome friends like you and so many others. Jim has given us the best forum imaginable and it’s a pleasure and honor for me to try to help as I can, along with my other Team Members.
I’m still a little sad about our Sarah, but with all the hate and violence out there, I believe God guided her to the right decision.
