His claim is that the state government exercised its power of eminent domain to forcibly seize the property of one private owner for the benefit of a different, more favored, private owner. Do you seriously argue that's OK?

No it didn't, reread his initial post #3.........

Then reread my subsequent postings to him requesting facts relevant to his allegations...which he could not provide.......

As for your last question, it does not apply until the facts are provided.......

If and when this dude provides the facts that I have requested, then we can discuss your last question..........

Since the dude could not answer my initial question about the population of Blue Springs, it's in the neighborhood of 144....and the surrounding area is nothing but rural woodlands....
