Did not hear a denial of aspiration for ‘third party candidacy’ by Mr. Paul. He sounded like it was conditional and possible.

Wallace asked him one last time and he had stated he may or may not support the GOP pick...depending. But he clearly stated at the very last that he thought running third party was not a good idea and "because I don't want to"

Watching Meet the Press - absolute hysteria over Herman Cain! The press is lunatic over this.

I am enjoying watching the marxist media sink into the tar pit of irrelevance. The more they thrash about, the more entangled they become...

Great post bray.
As usual we are up against the huge double standard foisted upon us by the DBM.

If a Republican is even accused of sexual misconduct its enough for 90 articles to be written by the far left wing blogosphere hit jobbers aka Politico.

With all due respect to two great contributors to this vibrant forum, I have a different take on this. I think the scandal is immensely HELPING Cain.

It has given he and his supporters a nifty way to play that oldie but goodie the Race Card. It’s even given his backers a reason to compare him to Clarence Thomas (as if!) though there is not one thing in common between them, or the accusations, EXCEPT RACE.

So, here was a semi-nobody who couldn’t get nominated in Georgia to run for Senate not only moving up the polls for the Republican presidential nomination but now being heralded as a victim of the Demovik plantation thing, like Thomas or Condi Rice—I mean, this is Instant Stature for a guy who was a fill-in talk show host this time last year.

Herman Cain was a candidate a couple weeks ago. Now, he’s a CAUSE.

(But beware: causes eventually become industries and finally rackets.)

What possible reason could Huntsman still be in the race for?

A little kid came home from the playground and his mother asked how the baseball game went.

"It started out great and I was pitching a no-hitter until the older kids got out of school..."

And that's why Huntsman (and a few others) are "still in the race". Getting free time on debates or any one of a gazillion talk radio shows doesn't cost much.

When votes start getting counted, the field will get smaller. And the debates will become more meaningful, as 8 candidates at podiums on a stage become 4 or 3 or 2 sitting in easy chairs at a table.

And the debating skills needed in a 2-person debate are different than those needed to get attention in an 8-person debate. Could be a whole new ballgame.

"miraculously scandal free"

I heard Jonathon Capehart (WaPO) use this phrase in defending Obama on NBC news a week or 2 ago, and nearly vomited. How in HELL can a legitimate news organization allow that to go unchallenged? The answer is easy and obvious.

How can Capehart not acknowledge Solyndra, or the Philly Black Panther dismissal, to name two biggies off the top of my head. NBC net news used to try to hide their bias unlike their cable sister, but with this shill they've dropped that pretense.

Capehart's willful ignorance reminded me of Stephanapoulus' total ignorance of the Bill Ayers/Obey connection in '08, when Hannity asked him about it. They don't want to know anything that doesn't fit their template.

I watched This’s Weak for about 15 seconds, Amampour spoke with her gawdawful accent and threw it to George Will who immediately bashed Cain as “not a viable candidate” and went to MTP.

Gregory still beating on Cains manufactured scandal.

Back to FNS.

The claim Cain verbally made a lady uncomfortable 20 years ago? Instead, state run media should be getting the details about conversations 20 years ago with Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dorn, and the unrepentant socialist.

George Will who immediately bashed Cain as “not a viable candidate”

Now Kristol blatantly declaring that Cain will not be the nominee...Wahn didn't think he'd make it this far, now defending Herman Cain especially blacks attacking a black conservative.

Last week one night on Hannity Monica Crowley nailed the door shut on the DBM/DNC take on Cain and others.

She accurately explained why the DBM cannot afford to allow a black conservative like Herman Cain,an attractive gun-toting,five child-- very popular momma like Sarah Palin or a hugely charismatic Cuban/Hispanic like Marco Rubio to gain any traction whatsoever.

Just the thought that any of the three could endanger the billions of bucks they have paid to buy the votes of these three groups gives the DNC ulcers at night. These are huge voter bases for the far left. They can ill afford to have them threatened by our side.
