When you can get on a stage and go one anon one with the intellectual likes of Newt Gingrich, maybe you will have a point. Maybe Cain was being deferential.

So far, I have not seen any mental hiccups by either of them.

And I’m glad we are without the distractions from other candidates’ sniping, candidates that will never get more than 3% of the vote.

I am for Cain but also think it was a hiccup. However, I am not a "nit-picking" small-minded person or press member and will give him one hiccup. After all Newt has polished his speaking style and studied to answer on such policies over many years. Not a mere 6 months.
