Whatever you do, don’t point out Perry has already reduced medical costs in Texas with Tort Reform and successfully tested a privatized SS system in Galveston which he thinks everyone should be able to implement.

The last thing people want to hear is Texas already been there, done that, racked up the savings and success.

Perry has decided he can't run with the big dogs and has elected to sit on the porch.

This thread is about Cain and Newt...Perry will have his time if he decides he’ll debate again...currently he says he won’t

Rick Perry... successfully tested a privatized SS system in Galveston which he thinks everyone should be able to implement.

Huh? How, exactly has Perry tested the Galveston plan?

I know Galveston is in Texas, but I don’t think Perry had anything to do with the “Galveston Plan”. Of course, it is something he points to as a model for fixing Social Security, just as Gingrich did here, and it’s in his book Fed Up. But it’s not his “test”.
