Just wanted to say I appreciated your contributions to this thread. I caught the first half of the show. Just watched some more highlights, and read this thread. I think you were pretty spot-on in many instances, regarding actual facts (Newt and Cain both failing the unemployment insurance question, the nature of this event, Cain's time at Godfather, etc.)

That said, among a deeply flawed field, it seems pretty clear Newt is ready to make a move. The next few actual debates (albiet lame MSM events) will be interesting. The real action will have nothing to do with Perry or Romney, imo, unless it's Perry screwing up again or Romney getting clobbered.

Thanks. I thought we might actually get into a post-debate discussion of what the two men said, but Norm came in and started crapping over everything, so there’s no real point now.

One wonders why some people don’t want to have civil adult conversations.
