Amen. The problem is that the Pubbie Establishment will use this outrageous scandal up until the election; if they win a majority in Congress, we will never hear the rest of it. What is needed is a pledge from all Pubbies in Congress and POTUS candidates that any crimes committed by the commie...I mean Demonrat administration will be pursued to the ends of the earth, until everyone involved is utterly destroyed. Sorry, Holder was 'waging war' against the US Constitution, specifically the Second Amendment thereof. Waging war on that document, which is *the* basic contract between governing, and governed, is essentially 'waging war on the United States' in accordance with the main body of said Constitution. That is *TREASON*, and the only appropriate sentence for that crime doesn't involve hard prison time, it involves a hypodermic needle.

Pre Heller, he and his clown posse at the ATF, et al, might have legally gotten away with it, under the muddiness of Miller. Post Heller, it is literally using armed force to nullify the Constitution, and thus, treason. Treason is punishable by death, as is murder committed by criminal enterprises doing criminal things under the RICO Act.
