Shucks! Jim was talking about something I wanted to hear - I can't remember what now - and Mrs p6 woke up and asked me to help here with something called CafeWell.com. It is some kind of pedometer device that apparently transmits your steps to a USB device and uploads it to the website. Supposedly it helps you lose weight, stay healthy and compete for prizes like big screen TV's, Trips and other stuff.
