Did he live there with his wife or have some second residence? Perhaps he wanted to make sure she had somewhere to crash after a night of drinking. “His bed” can mean anything—a spare room, etc. She isn’t claiming he touched her. And she didn’t say he was with her when she woke up.

The "took advantage of me" could have been loosening her blouse when she was put in bed. Or maybe even that didn't happen, and she was just wrinkled and disheveled when she woke up hung over.

And she didnt say he was with her when she woke up.In that case you take her to a hotel, have the manager take her to her room ALONE and you have a witness the next day. You have no business taking a sweet young thing to you home unless your wife is there.
