Exactly, it's not the issue of if or not this was a happening or the details of...it's how is Cain handling this crisis...and that's not good by any means...especially knowing it was coming when he decided to run...should have been far better prepared and he simply wasn't. Now it's a matter of making the best out of the situation, make money as he goes, and wait til the cash cow is milked to death for all making money off this scandal....but he needs to shut up!
How should he handle it? Bill Clinton is the only politician of either party that has handled a sexual scandal well, and I'm not sure we want a candidate that uses Clinton tactics.
At this point we can probably put 2+2 together and get the probable story (or at least worst case scenario).
The third woman from yesteray is the second woman from the original story. There are only two.
(1) Cain made some remark and gesture to a woman that she found offensive. Maybe it was about her height, or maybe it was cruder, but it seems to be no more than a remark.
(2) Cain hand a single, one night stand with a subordinate. It looks like they both had too much to drink at an office outing and went home together. It seems she at least regretted or was embarassed about it in the morning. Since he was her boss, that was legally sexual harassment. She received the $35,000 settlement.
That's it. That seems to be the worst case scenario in everything we're talking about. Out of a 40 year business career, two incidents. No coercion or force, no long string of incidents.
A crude remark and a one night stand. Nothing to brag about, but is that enough to dump someone as a presidential candidate?
