The correct question to ask of Mr Cain is: Did you participate with any of these claimants in any sexual or touching behavior of any kind?

It is possible that a consensual (albeit adulterous on his part)contact on Cain’s part was not found to be harrassment.

It is also possible that this a gold-digger who took advantage of being alone with the boss to file accusations.

It must come out before the election; no republican will get the pass the media gave Clinton. It’s just not going to happen.

Here's the thing. Sexual Harassment lawsuits like this are all BS. There is no personal responsibility on the part of the woman in these cases. They apparently consent to whatever sexual advances on the theory that they think they need to do this to keep their jobs and then the second they find themselves in this position, they quit their jobs and file a suit for millions.

I guess the whole concept of consenting adults goes out the window with "Sexual Harassment" lawsuits.

Personally I don't believe any of them. IMHO if the conduct does not rise to the level of a crime, it should not rise to the level of a tort.
