I work in a non profit hospital and we don’t get any kind of medical at retirement at all...none....
If you work there..that is your choice. If you dont get any retirement work somewhere else and stop begrudging the military retirees what they EARNED. iF YOU MISS birthdays or other events at least you are not on some foreign land being shot at or knowing the risks are high...so stop whining. Thank a vet for keeping this nation safe
