FReepers tend in general to fall for the flowery flacker over any detail of record, or weight of thought and long term accomplishment in a candidate. If it’s a silver tongue, they’re all in, and to heck with how THIN their record is. After now three women willing to sqawk against ole’ Herb, it helps me understand why he wound up in a dark hole with a radio show. He burned his bridges with a couple of settlements and now a third woman talking, it’s starting to show why he took up the microphone instead. Who would hire him after all that?
We’ll blame the media for a few days and it will help his campaign coffers for awhile, but the drum beat of leacherous behavior won’t play with women over time.
His curious hatred for Rick Perry is a phenomenon. What is that all about, except that it dove tails with Romney’s dread of Perry. Something is so clearly up and Herblit is starting to look very suspicious. He will be done in two months. Watch.
I dont buy into these early polls. Remember in late 2007, the front-runner was Rudy and McCain’s campaign was on life-support that summer? What happened when the real votes actually started to be counted?
Dont be shocked that if Perry and Cain both blow each other up here, a lot of those voters dont find refuge with Gingrich. I dont think Cain supporters would automatically flock to Romney.
It’s unlikely to happen, but I wouldnt count Gingrich out just yet.
