My guess is that she was caught trying to go to sleep so she could get away from her vicious, abusive father for a while. The girl knew where to set up the camera for a perfect view - obviously the beatings were nothing new.

Good catch. She does appear to be topless. Hard to tell what she or her mom says. The girl might say something about porn.

I think the girl without a shirt is Hillary's younger sister. You can hear him saying something about "Get her out of here" at the beginning. I couldn't watch much of that video.
