Well, I haven’t kept bringing it up. I’d almost forgotten it until this other stuff came up and then I started thinking about all the times Cain has shown hostility to Perry.
As for it being a gotcha question, oh, sure it was. But Cain did handle it badly. He should have just said he didn’t know enough about it to comment. I saw the show. It gave me a little tiny feeling that this man is way too sensitive about race (okay, maybe with good cause) or that he really doesn’t like Perry.
Well I am sorry, I hadn't thought about it much for a while either. I do understand how the days events could remind you of it. A lot of Gov. Perry's supporters have gone into serious attack mode against Mr. Cain. Even if the allegations made today against Mr. Perry are true I would have preferred for them to have been released in a different manner. This is turning into a nasty primary. This is from someone who strongly suspected that Gov. Perry's people had something to do with this before the announcement.
