I’ll put Sarah’s name. NOT voting for anyone else this time around. No Cain - a flake - no...one else.

If the hypothetical matchup is Mitt Romney vs Barack Obama, I will vote for Barack Obama. I will campaign for Barack Obama, and encourage others to vote for him.

This 'suicidal' viewpoint is making the best of a horrid situation. I have a choice at that point, of turning the Republican party over to Mitt Romney, an avowed unrepentant believer in the Nanny State and government mandates, or the choice of having an opposition congress which might, just might, hold some conservative viewpoints somewhere.

A 'Republican' in the White House who believes in virtually nothing which I agree with, who would be the nominal leader of the party, and his staff who would be the actual leaders of the national party, would systematically purge the party of those dreaded Tea Partiers. And you can just smell Karl Rove's eagerness to see a much more inclusive Republican party that Mitt Romney would bring.

I'll work to control the senate and the house, and throw down the challenge to the Present in the White House, but not so hard as I'll work to ensure that Mitt Romney never again breaks an oath of office. I held my nose for McCain, mostly because of Sarah, but I will not do the same for Mitt (R)omney.
