Why did they pay the money, Einstein. Isn't Cain morally resolute enough to stand his ground and fight this sort of claim, that is if he was innocent as you claim?
We shall see, no? This will not go away until the questions have all been answered and I would point out that John Edwards denied the allegations against him right up until he withdrew from the campaign.

When a CORPORATION faces liability for the alleged acts of one employee against another, the accused employee doesn’t get the final say as to whether the CORPORATION will settle the matter out of court.

It was answered. Why was the money paid..why not do research and find out. Lawyers will tell you that low settlements like this are jsut nuisance claims. Cain was interviewed, he answered the questions. Enough of your trolling?

Isn't Cain morally resolute enough to stand his ground and fight this sort of claim, that is if he was innocent as you claim?Out here in the real world these small (five figures. come on.)settlements are commonly made by the liability insurance company representing the defendant regardless of what the facts are. They do what enables them to represent their client at the least cost to them.
That in no way whatsoever implies an admission of guilt, and in many cases typically explicitly denies an admission of guilt.
And remember, it is highly unlikely that at the time Cain ever expected to be a candidate for national office facing the democrat hate machine. No doubt he just wanted it settled and was satisfied with the result.
