George Bailey wasn’t a Capitalist. Good family man and a good friend but a liberal. That guy that went “hee-haw” with his thumb on his temple would be much better. A real Capitalist that made a fortune in plastics!

George was not a liberal. He built homes, employed people, and encouraged capitalism. What he hated were the folks like Henry Potter (who was a liberal). Conservatives believe in building up the community and actually work to do so. Liberals say they want to build up the community and work to destroy it.
Don’t forget that Clarence was there to stop the suicide. We need an angel-protected president.
