I noticed that nearly all the replays on TV, on any channel, omitted the smile bit.

I’ve smoked for the past 30 years and when I first saw the ad, I took it as being a bit weird - but so what? Until I saw THAT smile. My thought then was, “Damn, what a psycho!”
