"The White House believes that by adopting a populist mantle, embracing Occupy Wall Street and anti-Washington sentiment, that the incumbent can make himself into the outsider again.

And while this is a stretch, the Republicans have not been able to develop any sort of coherent message on either jobs, or on tax or budgetary policy or to distinguish themselves from the extraordinarily low ratings that the Congressional party and their leadership gathers."

Frankly, after the last debate, I can see why Obama thinks he's going to win again.

We are too busy FIGHTING EACH OTHER, to fight Obama and his willing sycophantic mainstream media...

The Dems can get away with OUTRIGHT LYING to the American people without fear of ever being called on it by the mainstream media. Why should he fear losing next year?

If Romney is the nominee...I am not voting for him, that's for sure. will write in a conservative. GOP will learn, eventually. This would be strike two for them. I have more than a feeling there are a lot of me’s out here in the real world.

All of this looks like weakness given the assumptions hes making about the behavior of the republicans and current state of the republicans. Assumption which will not hold true.

1: Republicans will not remain divided.

2: Republicans will attack Obama for all that he has indisputably done.

Looks to me like hes building a desperate house of cards. All we need do is attack it and him to bring it down.

Like it or not he controls the goverment and has had more control over the same goverment then any man in the last 50 years.

Republicans have been utterly helpless to stop his agenda for the last 2 years when he had a filibuster proof majority in the senate. He is Washington D.C. in essence, and his supporter base is hardcore wall-street. Look only to see his campaign manager.

Obama’s strategy is a house of cards.

If the little emperor gets re-elected, it is a guarantee that he will serve at least 4-terms.

It is way past time for everyone complaining to get their heads out of their butts and realize that the ammo box will be the only election device capable of restoring the former Constitution and any semblance of freedom & liberty.

I note that Ron Paul has been open to the idea of a 3rd party run should he not get the GOP nomination. Think what a lot of liberal money would pour into his campaign (LEGALLY) in order to draw away conservative votes from the GOP Nominee! This or any other 3rd Party from the 'right' would make Obama that much more re-electable.

We forget that it was Ross Perot that made Bill Clinton POTUS in 1992 and gave a real assist in 1996. Thinking of Obama taking the Oath of Office in January 2013 gives me nausea and great fear for the future!

So because he went on Leno and cracked some jokes about the GOP contenders that means he a lock to own the White House?

Narcissism as a winning strategy for reelection.

They have a point. Since 2006, I’ve been screaming for the GOP to retake the narrative and in 2008 for them to remind people that we tried to stop the housing bubble and reform Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac. The failure of conservatives and libertarians to show the American people that our deep recession is failure of government and government colusssion and manipulation has also hurt us. The American people are angry and ignorant, which is a bad combination.
