Maybe so, and more oil (from ANY process) on the market means cheaper oil.
I don't know about you folks but I am sick and tired of paying $350.00 + a months to heat my home in the winter but also cannot afford to spend a fortune converting to some alternative fuel.

If I had to spend that much I would consider a solar hot water heater adapted for space heating also.
