I find it hard to believe that these two affirmative action recipients incurred any student loan debt. Ivy leagues love throwing money at minority applicants.
This is an attempt to diffuse the fact that Obama’s tuition was purportedly paid by the Saudis or some other foreign entity.
Michelle Obama on student loans:

So yeah, we have Ivy League degrees, but they cost us a whole lot of money to get. And see, what we did was what we thought we were supposed to do. We got those fancy degrees, and then we left corporate America, and went to work in the community. And with every job we took, we made less money...(W)here we found ourselves, in a position like most young couples, with our PhD’s and JD’s and MPh’s and WLMOP’s, all those wonderful degrees, all mired in debt. We had not paid off our loan debts until just a few years ago. Barack couldn’t even run for president.”
So they go to the most expensive schools in America and this First Lardy has the gall to complain about having to pay it back.
Guess she wants her reparations too.
