Folks need to wise up and stay the hell out of neighborhoods over-run by animals who want to hurt them. It’ll take a while, though, to de-program all those people who’ve heard nothing but “Embrace diversity” since they were toilet trained.
Sometimes that's easier said than done. There is a big problem with this in some of the "rust belt" states. Retired home owners are seeing their neighborhoods taken over by lower income black families. Since there is a lack of economic opportunity in what were formerly manufacturing areas, younger people have been moving away to other areas for employment. The ones who stay in these areas are the folks who own their homes and are past retirement age. When houses come up for sale, no one buys them and they end up becoming HUD sales or section 8 rentals. You end up with a neighborhood populated by an aging, retired white population and a much younger, poorer black population. Wherever you see this phenominon, the aged whites become the targets of crime.
It's exactly the opposite of the phenominon that happened in the 80's and 90's in some urban centers. When white yuppies were buying up old brownstones and rehabilitating them. As a result, the local real estate prices went up and priced the poorer black families out of the local market.
Nature abhors a vacuum and so does the real estate market.
