This is satire but usually there is a tip off somewhere in the piece. The author neglects this important feature making it difficult for us to recognize he is not just some idiot hippie.

It might have been more clear if the author had inserted Windmills for the word Rich.
No wonder that the media was able to get by with their massive abuse of Cain’s electrified fence comment...... wasn’t he obviously using an absurd analogy to expose the absurdity of the government’s timidity in enforcing the laws against illegal entrance into this country?
It seems that recognizing satire is a fleeting skill.
