Agreeing that Woz is not ruthless enough, but this stuff has always been known about Steve Jobs, it's just that nobody cared until a few weeks ago. There are not many saints in the high-tech industry - companies run by nice guys usually finish last. Google and Facebook are the latest incarnations - they'll use your private info to make a buck any way they can.

Putting the sales guy in charge of the software company didn't exactly work out for Microsoft. I would say they need to bring Bill Gates back, but he's not as ruthless as he once was - he's gone quite soft and seems to care more about saving Africans than his company.
