Whether or not Cain’s plan is ever enacted really has to do with how much We The People push for it and how much We The People work to send people to D.C. who will vote WITH a President Cain, not against him.
I wouldn’t give up on it at this point.
I aint giving up.
I am just pointing out that we need to recapture the senate if we are to effect real change.
