But the problem is, other taxpaying, adult, sane, etc, citizens think the 2d Amendment only applies government militias, and that we are wrong as Hell. And let's face it, they have legal points on their side. We ignore them at our peril.

Therefore, we, in our system of government, allow the courts to decide.

I'm not arguing which side is right (of course we are!) but since there are two sides to the argument, the courts, not the protagonists decide.
