Just curious.
And you non-saint candidate is??
YOURS is post #46 and the 1st to mention color. WHY, when anyone opposed B. Obama did people scream THAT’S RACIST, but people who oppose Cain never even comes to mind.... Now think about it. Cain is the only one that has in his veins slave blood. Just defies logic, it does.
Because he is like Palin. They did not work their way up through the political ranks to be shaped, molded, tamed and controlled by the Establishment Machine.
Rove is the closest person on “the right” (relative term) to an Obama-esque megalomaniac. Like Obama (and the left’s Svenagli David Axelgoebbels), he has an obsessive need to control people... in order to soothe his (sorry to be blunt) daddy issues and deep insecurities.
He is praised by his cult-like followers for his supposed brilliance (an ability to spit out a bunch of statistics), yet his overwhelming failures (the 2000 popular vote loss, the Katrina PR disaster, the Harriet Miers debacle, the pitiful defense of the Iraq War, and on and on) are conveniently swept under the rug- the same way the Obama drones bury the disasters of Obozo.
I wouldn’t put it past him to deliberately torpedo anybody-who-isn’t-named-Romney’s chances in the general election in order to supposedly prove that he was “right all along”... Then he can go after his real goal: Jeb in 2016.
Perino is Rove-lite.
FLASHBACK:

Karl Rove, former senior adviser to President George W. Bush, has been granted a divorce in Texas after 24 years of marriage, family spokeswoman Dana Perino said.

OK, so Rove knows about Cain. He and others knew plenty about Obama but I don’t recall seeing his white board about Barry’s missteps. He is fostering the current GOP candidate food fight that distracts from the central issue of Obama’s malfeasance in office, and he knows it.
Absolutely. It’s all about the money for political hacks like Rove.
More power to Herman Cain and his gelding of the establishment!
because there is a difference between a conservative and a partisan republican.
A partisan Republican just wants to win, they only care who wins to the extent that it affects the likelyhood of them being able to win the general.
A conservative Republicans also wants to win, but they will rally around the most conseravative candidate they think is likely to win the general.
“If this country is to ever change, both the Democrat & Republican establishments must go!!!”

The bank robber and his getaway driver.
Yes. These two parties are binary agents which together create the toxins we stew in today.
May God reward both of these institutions with what they have earned.
Simple. They are scared to death that Cain can damage the candidate they are trying to shove down our throats, Romney.
I don’t think they are “afraid” of Cain. I think they see him as a nuisance...a gnat. The quicker they can swat him, the better..in their view.
That show The Five is on at the gym and I have tried to watch it without success,
each day some Obama issue is brought up and then Perino (PE-RINO) responds, :”Yes, when that same situation came up we decided to ......”
Why would anyone give a crap what a past PR spokesman of a failed administration that elected Obama thinks??? Half the time she is sympathetic to him anyway. Pathetic.
Why are Cain people so terrified of Perry. I wanna know.
They claim he’s a failure and no threat yet they devote all their waking hours (when they are not worshipping Cain) to trashing him.
I wanna know.
Read what you wrote. So, we should ignore all future red flags because the media ignored Obama? Please, don’t be a hypocrite. This is our future.
I believe that Rove wants to back the person who can beat Obama. He was right about Sharron Angle, he was right about Christine O’Donnell. Whether or not you choose to believe that there are some candidates who cannot win the general election is your business. But I understand where Rove is coming from.
concgrats on your Navy Career.. I would vote for Cain
enthusiastically as he has the intelligenve and integrity
to be a leader...also he wwould give Big O...()Randy Rhetoric
heartburn...this present administrration plays up the
race card..subtle and otherwise...be a no go with Cain. JK
My big concern with Cain is that he does not have enough of a broad scope to be president. Cain didn't know what the right of return is. There are a number of other things Cain is not very up on. His answers on the abortion question with Megyn Kelly were really terrible (he would make abortion illegal but would personally break the law to allow his granddaughter to have an abortion.. that's not a presidential answer).
I like Herman Cain. I am politically aligned with Herman Cain. I also like a lot of Freepers. I am also politically aligned with many Freepers. That doesn't mean every Freeper is prepared to be President of the United States. The kind of gaffes Cain has had make many of us cringe. I am not an "insider" but I am politically savvy. Cain may continue to improve as he has, but he really could use more experience in political speech.
Currently I am wavering between Cain, Gingrich and Perry. None is even close to perfect.. none is even close to Reagan who was not perfect. But Reagan is not running and we have to choose someone.
