Let’s see. This guy had just robbed a woman at gun point and had pistol-whipped her. When the good Samaritan chased this guy down the perp pullled his gun and the good Samaritan sent him packing for the afterlife.
If the perp had gotten away who knows how many other people he would have robbed, pistol-whipped or killed!
This guy should be given a medal!
Unfortuanualy, MN does not have “stand your ground” law , so I’m betting the CCW holder will face charges by the county(this IS MPLS) as well as a civil suit from the “good boy’s” family supported by the Star Tribune, WCCO TV, and MPR and local NAACP.
