Glad to hear that! My grandson, who graduated HS last May is now attending Lincoln Tech in Arlington and taking the welding courses. ....The welding trade has spinoff opportunities, as well, as it may morph into weld inspection, etc. ........As a QE Mgr. at a defense contractor, I hired two weld inspectors after they completed their jobs at the completed Squaw Valley nuclear plant. They were all very detail oriented and made good Quality Engineers in their assignments in non-destructive testing/inspection.
