. Congressman Ron Paul is a distant third at 10% followed by former House Speaker Newt Gingrich at 9%, Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann at 8%, and Texas Governor Rick Perry at 7%.

How many of these will go to Cain vs Romney?

Cain and Newt have commented on their likes for one another. I think Cain would benefit from Newt. I also think Cain would benefit from Bachmann.

If Bachman and Newt are out, where do Perry's votes go? I don't see them going to Romney, do you? Yeah, me either. So, I think Cain will benefit from Perry. So, that leaves Paul. That's a mixed bag, but since Cain at least wants to do something about taxes, Cain might benefit from Paul at least to a degree. You left out Santorum, and while not much, I think Cain benefits from Santorum. Romney probably benefits from Huntsman, fortunately, that would be minuscule. jmo
