and those OWS loons are gearing up for a Romney nomination as well. Don’t let it happen.

Could someone give examples of his supposed lack of graciousness? I can’t stand debates (or speeches for that matter), so have barely watched them.

To 10 - One cannot find it easy to agree with Romney on anything as he will utter what the audience in front of him at the moment wishes to hear. So how can you state that he is 50% or 75% right on any given issue(s)?
Tell me, what positive achievements do you believe a President Romney would bring about?

I do not understand why republicans are so stupid. The man is a walking disaster: plastic, weird, reeking of “privilege” and everything that is stereotypically “rich”. It is dumbfounding that the establishment cannot see that he is in fact dangerous to their staying in power. Gives me the creeps.
To: MN_Mike
Of course Romney wants to be president. His church is demanding it of him in order to fulfill the White Horse Prophecy that Joseph Smith wrote in the early to mid l800’s. The Mormon church wants to take over our government, and then the world. That is one of the main reasons Mormons have always stocked up on extra food and necessities. This cannot be allowed to happen! Google it.

Yes he does. And that he will become a god himself. and that he will have a planet. And that black people, are “ dark and loathesome”. The endless fodder for the media/democrats to run on is endless.
Putting aside what a creep and liberal he is : a Mormon candidate will be a HUGE TARGET: and they are salivating.

To 17 - I cannot respond as I'm not that aware of what Mormons believe. Those Mormons I have known have been very nice people.
It isn't, never was, nor ever will be, Romney's religion that repulses me. It's the fact that the man is a two-faced, lying cur who covets the presidency like a drug addict would crave heroin.
This alone tells me that Romney is a very insecure person. A trait hardly desirable in a POTUS.

FreeRepublic is going nuts. You folks just cant disagree with someone whos not 100% on board with what you believe. Now folks are evil even if they are 50% on board, 75% on board, whatever.
We will lose this election if this kind of thinking persists.
There's not one good or decent thing about the flip flopping Romney. I dare you to tell me what's good about him.
"He doesn't kick his dog" or "he has nice hair" doesn't count.

Perhaps creepy does apply to Romney; nonetheless, he’d be a hell of a lot better President than the INCREDIBLY SLEAZY Barack Hussein Obama!

I think the Book of Mormon says that Jesus was God’s first born son. That means there was another one? Possibly. But Mormonism is a Secret Society and Mitt is like at the 33rd degree of Freemasonry, another Secret Society. At that level one is told who they are really worshipping, if I’m not mistaken.

Well maybe if you actually knew what he believes you might be repulsed. Just wait if he is the nominee everyone in America will learn all about it in the Post, The NY times, and CNN. The Mormon church will be exposed like never before.
To: Paperdoll
Spot on. It is a secret society and many silly people say things like ‘Mormons are such nice people”. Americans are going to get an expose like we have never seen before if he is the nominee. Don't kid yourselves: the left and the democrats did their homework on this years ago and are salivating at the prospect.
To: okie01
I didn’t make it up. A little study of the subject pretty much claims that is the goal. Joseph Smith even proclaimed himself the new Mohammad. He also wrote the White horse Prophecy. Mormonism is very close akin to Islam. Check it out for yourself. Read Decker’s and Hunt’s “The Godmakers” and Walter Martin’s “Kingdom of the Cults”.

Maybe, maybe not, but I’ll never vote for either of them. Ever.

McCain redux. No more RINOs!
To: jla
The scary part is that the Mormon Church keeps close control of it’s members, and Mitt Romney is first responsible to his Church, not to his country.
