“they”? who is “they”? NO one is leading that movement and no faction can maintain control unless we let them!

That’s the whole point of my post.

That’s the point, they (the OWS’s) don’t have any leadership. I wouldn’t even think of taking over their movement, because I don’t believe in their socialist, marxist, communist ways! You sir, seem to be cozying up to them if you want to work with them. Again I say, ZOT?

If you believe there is not an entity behind the scenes pulling the strings on these marionettes participating in this “protest”, you are naive. These people are NOT interested in a capitalist system, and those who are controlling things want to crash and burn capitalism. We hold nothing in common with them, and we should not participate. Instead, we should be demonstrating at every turn possible the difference between people out looking for hand-outs and those of us who just want the government off our backs.

It is being led by professional agitators who, while appearing to be the same as the masses, are:

somewhat, or often, much older

well trained in group facilitation

capable of spotting the dissenter

capable of deflecting any cognitive dissonance

capable of turning the groups against any competing grass roots leader

connected in some way to the sources of support, such as unions or college professors.

The memes were implanted in university, on TV, in the online leftist media, music, movies. The group is being given free reign in regard to sex, drugs, hygiene, loss of inhibition in order to allow them to bond. Some of the behavior, such as elimination in public, will evoke shame, so if *everyone does it*, the shame is overridden and replaced with group cohesion.

I have already read at least one article suggesting the Tea Party join up with Occupy. If I see two more, I may decide to call it a meme. If I see more than two, I will suspect political machinations. Note that there have also been many instances of media attempting to conflate the two movements.

At some point, the Occupiers will be on their last nerve and the presence of anyone evocative of *the other* will become a flash point for some of those with lower thresholds for frustration. The puppet masters want this to happen and the media will dutifully blame it on the non-Occupier. But it will take time. The longer these occupations go on without resolution, the higher the frustration level will become. Every set back, be it bad weather, thefts, sexual assaults, will have more impact as the Occupiers get more tired, uncomfortable and, more importantly, bored.

Just because they have hit on one or two points that resonate across ideological lines does not mean they can be turned to our interests. Those organizers will spot any attempt that does not resonate with their own goals and can easily turn the masses against someone, if they wish. Watch the livestream with the sound off. There are always several older guys on the perimeter. They are obviously paying attention and have acute situational awareness. They actually herd the larger group where they want, such as towards any media. Many of those speaking from the platform, usually the first speaker and always with a loudspeaker, are of this type.

It is best, IMO, for this to play out. America is seeing something they need to see and most Americans are drawing the correct conclusions. The Tea Party needs to stay away.

I also think the LEO are aware of all the above and are being very careful not to become the object of a mob flashpoint. Besides the usual leftist connections and strategy, most urban politicians are also leery of mob psychology and that is a part of why they are facilitating the camp outs. If there is an incident, much better for our side if it is against an urban politico.
