There was a guy that actually was selling a water powered engine. Guy was selling the crap for 2-3 years before he went to prison.

Even sold a conversion kit that you could put into a traditional car that promised to reduce your gas mileage. Same guy.

This has been going on so long that I have seen videos on Youtube, there have been documentaries on this....on and on.

The common thread in all of them, they seek out people with imaginations that can conceive a simple concept as solving a larger problem and therefore automatically generate confidence in the idea.

The guy with the engine that ran on water, he said he split the water into Hydrogen and Oxygen then re-combusted them to power the engine. Of course, once it was re-combusted it produced water which he then split again to allow his engine to run for long periods of time without refueling.

It was discovered that the guy had a large fuel tank that was feeding the engine through a hidden hose.

People bought his stuff left and right ... actually ran into someone the other day that swore up and down that the kit he bought to convert his car worked as advertised. Just couldn’t get him to believe it didn’t work or to entertain the idea the guy is in prison.

People want to believe they aren’t chumps.

***Plenty of people have been looking for Rossi’s hidden hoses or large fuel tanks. They must all be in on the conspiracy.
