Phase two? And you believe that Phase two will actually happen? What if it doesn’t. I have no confidence in the political class. None. If Phase two doesn’t happen, it will thoroughly destroy this nation and people.
The only real winners here are the upper income citizens. They win on the business end as well as the income tax end. The rest will suffer, some seriously. Some lethally.
This plan needs to be vetted and vetted well.
Of course it needs to be vetted. But at least Cain has laid some specifics on the table, unlike the rest.
I don’t have any confidence in the political class either—which is a major reason why I like Cain and his proposals. Perry and Romney = 4 more years of waffling compromises and business as usual. Enough of that.
I’d rather see bold and practical solutions, regardless of their supposed political feasibility. The US doesn’t have the luxury of playing politics anymore.
