Probably not officially, but proof of citizenship will probably not be required, allowing illegal aliens to take part in the system. An amendment requiring proof of citizenship to partake in Obamacare was one of many that was repealed.
Well, the answer is, it does cover illegal aliens. Romney was not tough on illegal aliens in Massachusetts.
Let's not forget that muslims are exempt from purchasing Obamacare...thus how many people will convert to muslim to be excempt? Further we'll find the emergency rooms full of them when they do get sick...same ol crap!
