José Serrano was never a moderate; he was always an ultraliberal. If Herman Cain gave him $250 back in his days as CEO of Godfather’s Pizza in 1993, there must have been some bill that Serrano could help him with or something.

The Nebraska Dems that Cain contributed to were indeed moderate Democrats, though.

In all, it appears that over the past 20+ years Herman Cain contributed around $3,000 to Democrats, and OVER $350,000 TO REPUBLICANS. Suffice it to say, I am not concerned with Mr. Cain’s political-donation history.
