The Republicans will come up with a way to deal with the uninsured. Trust me the Republicans can’t stand the fact that people are going to the hospital for free services.....I am one of those conservatives. It will be dealt with. Obama is not the guy to figure this out.
Geez, this guy can’t even speak English — that should be “fewer people with health insurance”.

Having been a licensed producer (Life and Health), I am familiar with the concept of “insurance.” And it’s history. What we have now is not “insurance” it’s subsidy. And the correct way to deal with the unsubsidized (”Uninsured”) is to eliminate the subsidy, not get everyone on it. Until that happens, healthcare costs with skyrocket, because whatever you subsidize, you get more of. Whatever you get more of (demand), you get an increase in cost.
I personally know a woman who’s grown children are on medicaid and go to the ER of the hospital if they have a headache. That’s what you get with the goal of “insuring” everyone. Get rid of the subsidy, and you will largely get rid of the problem.
Blah, blah, blah. Campaign speech. Blah, blah, blah.
I’m glad he’s opposed to demonizing anyone.
He should be leaving the attack for folks like Debbie Wasserman-Shultz and Senator Schumer rather than getting his hands dirty. But Obama wants to be the attack dog and as such his campaign is sullied and so is his Presidency.
I’m with you. I knew a very well off guy who had $10,000 deductible health insurance and one day he hurt his elbow (I believe) playing tennis. He went to a specialist to have him look at it and the receptionist said he needed a referrel from his MD. The woman simply did not understand that he was trying to buy her employer’s services as one would buy the services of a mechanic. It took several iterations to explain to her that he wanted to write a check for the services he wanted to get.
They have this “insurance rules” mentality that permeates everything.
And to REALLY understand the “subsidy” concept, Dental “insurance” is the easiest example to use. I call it the “cost averaging” plan. When I add up my out of pocket with the monthly insurance payment, they come to about what it would have cost out of pocket to just pay for the service when I got it.
In case anybody wants to see our President - I’m driving down Rte. 421 between Boone and Wilkesboro, NC and apparently Obama will be coming from Boone in his bus.
There are HUNDREDS of state police, sheriff and local police cars and department of transportation, EMT and fire trucks stretching for maybe 35 miles. I’ve never seen anything like it. Our tax dollars at work.
The Republicans could devastate this crap with their own comedy show. They could go Alinsky on 0bama big time and smoke him into next year. They won’t.
