Diversity == Govt Sanctionend PC Payback Discrimination
In University hiring, diversity means: Don’t hire the White guy until you’ve exhausted all other possibilities.
Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
They tout this nebulous concept of diversity, meanwhile ensnaring millions of brown and black (and white) people with easy, limitless debt —NONE of which is dischargeable via bankruptcy.
IT IS A FORM OF FRAUD and it is a BUBBLE.
They’re graduating the the debt equivalent of a HOUSE, but with NO HOUSE.
What woman would wish to marry such a debtor?
THIS IS FRAUD.
Banks were said to be TRAPPING people in liar loans —why not Universities...?

Diversity doctrines provide the racist rationalization for the discrimination against Whites and Christians.
When I was a teenager (and that was a long time ago) I wanted to apply for a job at Sears department store. A family member already worked there - she asked in the HR department about open positions. Her friend in HR asked “Is ransomnote white?” My sister said “well, yeah” and the HR person shook her head and said “no, we are required to hire a diverse applicant” and that there was no point in my applying for work there.
As I understand it - Asians in the US have the hardest ‘racial’ time getting into college because their demographic is considered ‘over represented’ and therefore their applications tend to be passed over for ‘less fortunate’ minorities and...whites.
In large companies, diversity is about hiring and promoting people based on skin color and sex, and then pretending that it was solely on the merits, and that skin color and sex had nothing to do with it.
Close...it simply means “anybody but the white guy”.
Diversity/affirmative action gave us Barak Obama.
I think we should DEMAND diversity in the NBA and the NFL.
Neither the NBA nor the NFL “look like Amercia” to coin a phrase from the liberal progressives. We need to see 80 percent white and 20 percent minority in both of these professional leagues.
Miss Fisher went about it all wrong. OK, she may have gone about it right if her goal is to topple a SCOTUS ruling, but if she wanted to get into the school she should have done what I did: check the “black” race box on the application. No one checks to see if you’re actually the race you selected—you turn the application in, it gets thrown in a pile with the others and you’re long gone when someone actually reads it. Keep in mind that you’re dealing with a huge bureaucracy that can be manipulated to your advantage. I even won scholarships that I’m pretty sure hinged on my “blackness” even though I’m white as rice.
It is designed to promote race hatred and division. It is political correctness designed by the cultural Marxists such as Marcuse to destroy America from within.

I found the above to be VERY INTERESTING. Apparently, the Asian Pacific American Legal Center and other Asian groups are there to KEEP ASIANS OUT OF COLLEGE.
That just shows how liberal-infested these groups are, and how the (legitimate) immigrants of this country are being SHAFTED by the liberals claiming to represent them, but (apparently) don’t know our culture well enough to take control themselves.
And, as with most of her decisions, I wondered "What the hell is she talking about?"
Her decisions invariably read like "Mommy, trying to be 'fair'".

Why hasn’t the strongly Republican Texas state legislature, and Texas’ conservative-on-everything-except-immigration governor done anything about this? Maybe the governor has no authority over this in Texas, but surely the Texas legislature could stop Texas’ public universities from using racial preferences.

Years ago, when this crap first started, a buddy of mine was hauled before management to explain why he hired a white guy over a black guy. One lib, ever so ready to exploit “racism”, asked, since they were both equal to the job, why did he hire the white man?
He said he realized both were equally qualified, so he used his binary computer to make the decision. Lib jumped all over it, asking what kind of “binary computer” (sneering) did he use?
He took out a quarter, flipped it and said, “Heads: The guy on the left gets it; Tails: The guy on the right.” He didn’t even use “black guy/white guy”.
The lib sputtered while a couple others laughed, and that was the end of that.
