"I thought we were all on the same page but have had a rude awakening lately. "

Same here. I've never seen the level of ugliness I now see for anyone who supports Perry. Sometimes they use out and out lies, and it has to be on purpose, because the truth has been provided many times. It's even worse when they begin talking about Texas in particular, and the south in general. I've started to lose a lot of respect for people I once thought were, as you say, on the same page.

Too many Texans seem to think that they own the GOP, conservatism, the presidential nominee...it gets old. You've produced three presidents; two who were utter failures and one who was fortunate to have Dick Cheney looking out for him. Now you people push an illegal alien enabler who calls the rest of us 'heartless'.

No thanks.

My comments had nothing to do with Perry; in fact, I had no idea WHO Outlaw Woman supported until I asked. Regardless, I think she & I came to an amicable disagreement.

If Perry isn't getting the support you want here on FR, I suggest that has more to do with his words & actions than some kind of a "Cain cabal." At this point I would still vote Perry over Romney. I would vote a crap sandwich over Romney....
