shield is the one who can tell the difference between a state’s red ink and black ink. You red inkers would rather take an economic bath if it meant you could stroke your righteous indignation over the. These students cost you nothing. They pay their own way like everybody else, AND are seeking citizenship. Hopefully, they will stay in Texas after graduation and add to its blue ribbon JOBS count. It is idiotic to leave the children of illegals on the state dole, maybe even brainless. Some states prefer to make lemonade. Ninty-six percent of the state legislature handed this bill to Rick. What governor would throw in with the FOUR opposed. Sheesh.
