Jim, a possible recommendation to you, maybe, as this is your site, and everyone else on FR, shouldn’t we be referring to the tea party as the TEA party...the Taxed Enough Already party. Harder for the left to call us teabaggers (as in TEA party:Taxed Enough Already bagger???). They’ll do it anyway, but if we make the brand ours...we can stand united. Make sense? JMHO...Thanks, Jim, for FR, and giving me the right to speak out. BTW Romney was NEVER going get my vote.

And what’s up with this tagline? She’d kick your ass if you said it to her face.

I'm with you. If the GOP nominee is Romney, I stay home. A Romney presidency would only serve to provide cover for "moderate" (ie., liberal) Republican whores to advance the liberal agenda... a little slower (yeah sure... and for their own benefit). Screw them all.

I'd rather be punched in the face by an enemy than stabbed in the back by a "friend".

So now the morons can post how "staying home" rather than voting for Mittens is the same as voting for that African Marxist Ubama. The joke is on THEM:

"Ha ha haaa!"

>>Yeah. I think we perrywinkles get the insult. MY POINT WAS, we on the Perry side have not constructed any insulting tags for Cain supporters (it’s a class thing) to which you replied ‘nor should there be’.

So, who’s supposed to stay classy here, the Perrywinkles or the Cain Supporters?<<

You came into a conversation that was not addressed to you. I was addressing "shield," the Perrywinkle who called opponents of in-state tuition not only heartless but "brainless." (See post #130)

Very classy, don't you think???

” Shield is the one who called opponents of in-state tuition for illegals not only heartless, but “brainless.” (See post #130)” <<<

shield is the one who can tell the difference between a state’s red ink and black ink. You red inkers would rather take an economic bath if it meant you could stroke your righteous indignation over the. These students cost you nothing. They pay their own way like everybody else, AND are seeking citizenship. Hopefully, they will stay in Texas after graduation and add to its blue ribbon JOBS count. It is idiotic to leave the children of illegals on the state dole, maybe even brainless. Some states prefer to make lemonade. Ninty-six percent of the state legislature handed this bill to Rick. What governor would throw in with the FOUR opposed. Sheesh.

I love asparagus (but not so much the side effect). :-)

You mean God's little practical joke on the urinary tract?

What part of JOBS, GROWTH, and a little PROSPERITY don’t you get? In these times you can not get citizenship overnight. Just thank your lucky stars you were the one born here so you could enjoy your privilege to harrumph against those who were brought here through no fault of their own.

thanks jim. saw bachmann speak at CPAC Florida. She said what Rush is saying: we conservatives need not ‘SETTLE’ this election cycle. She said Obama is very beatable and conservatives are always told to “shut up” and let the “electable” guy run...I think she was really taking on Romney with that line.

I also wonder why Romney asked her a question during the debate last week...if he would make an overture to her for support.

Do you have a problem that Cain endorsed Romney in the last cycle? What if Cain and/or Bachmann went with Romney on a ticket?

My observation is that he has the organization, probably in all fifty states, to outlast even a strong “insurgent” campaign by Cain. We have only sent $$ to Cain among all the candidates for this election. (Sent money to other Congressional candidates, but no Presidential ones.)

Perry won’t hook up with Romney, there is too much bad blood there. But I don’t sense that bad blood between Romney and ANY of the other candidates.

They can’t legally work if they are illegals. They only have to mark that they are seeking citizenship, they don’t have to do it and most won’t. TX is just breeding smarter criminals.

Debating isn't governing, as we see in Newt. Newt is MASTERFUL on the podium, and wasn't horrible in the first 100 days after he upended Congress to his favor. But governance is more than a debate and it is more than 100 days of activity. It's slugging it out day-in, day-out, for years.

You said it!!! That's why we need someone who believes what they SAY they do down deep in their gut and not just because it works as a sound bite. Romney is swiss cheese.
