Yet another guy who thinks sales tax audits are less onerous or bureaucratic than income tax audits. Have any of you people ever dealt with sales tax audits in the real world?

Yes, as a matter of fact I have been through both audits, and yes, they were both damned onerous.

But the IRS was much worse.

So, lets see, you don't want ONE potential audit...you want TWO?
