Think I live in the DEpowerment zone. LOOK at this for example...spent 58.76 at Walmart today add tax 1 which is 7.225%=3.80 to my purchase and tax 2 @4.225% added another .25 cents to the purchase...now IF 999 is enacted add an additional 9 cents on the dollar. My total came to 62.81 from a 58.76 purchase now add an additional 9% and tell me this doesn’t hurt the consumer
